Shipping

Song Vessel ships by air directly from China to the United States and all European countries. Delivery availability for a specific address is confirmed at checkout.

All orders include free shipping. Song Vessel covers applicable import duties and taxes, so customers will not be asked to pay these charges separately upon delivery.

Orders are normally dispatched within 2 days after payment is received and are expected to arrive within 12 days after payment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carriers, severe weather, public holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging and included accessories or documentation.

Email contact@cloudrealmglobal.com before returning an item. If the return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address by email. For returns not caused by damage, defect, or an error by Song Vessel, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
