Shipping destinations
Song Vessel ships from China by air directly to customers in the United States and all European countries. Delivery availability for a specific address is confirmed at checkout.
Shipping costs, taxes, and duties
Shipping is free on all orders. Song Vessel covers applicable shipping charges, import duties, and taxes so customers will not be asked to pay these charges separately upon delivery.
Order processing
Orders are normally dispatched within 2 days after payment is successfully received. Orders placed with incomplete or incorrect delivery information may be delayed while we contact the customer.
Estimated delivery
Orders are expected to arrive within 12 days after payment. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, remote-area delivery, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order.
Address changes and cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or the delivery address may be changed before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and address changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@cloudrealmglobal.com.
Damaged parcels
If an item arrives damaged, contact us promptly and provide the order number together with clear photographs of the item and packaging. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund.
